WHAT
DO TEENAGERS EAT ?
Teenagers
eat junk food (hamburgers, ships, sweet, candies , chicken wings...)
We
should eat healthy food for example fruits, vegetables, fish,
beans... .
To
start a good day, we should have a balanced breakfast with some
fruit or juice, milk and cereals, toast or biscuits.
At
break we usually eat crips , sweets , biscuits, sandwiches, fruit,
juice , “torta” (it is a typical pie with chocolate). Most
students eat “torta” in our village.
At
lunch you can eat a variety of dishes as for example:
spaguetti,
pasta salad, lentils, cucumber, rice, tortilla...
We
can drink water and fizzy drink.
At
snack we eat biscuits, milk,cereals,
salty biscuits, yogurt,
creps
with chocolate, cream, strawberry,sandwiches,
juice...

You
should follow the next advices:

SOME SPORT EVERY DAY
*FOLLOW
A BALANCED DIET
*SLEEP
WEEL
*YOU

TWO LITRES OF WATER
*YOU
SHOULDN'T EAT A LOT OF SWEETS.
