THEATRE PLACE REVIEW



Frankenstein is a horror and romantic theatre play. It is directed by the actor who played the creature. Set in a laboratory in the 18TH century , it describes an experiment to create a living creature .Victor Frankesntein uses the body parts of corpses which he digs up in the cemetery.
The play tells the story of the grotesque - looking and ugly creature. The creature falls in love with Elisabeth , she is Victor´s lovely wife- to be . He tries to build a wife for Frankenstein so he would have someone to share his life with. The creature kills Victor´ s friend.
At the end Elisabeth understands the creature and in a way she loves him , so the creature lets Victor and her go away.
This is a horror and romantic comedy. despite the many viloence scenes, in my opinion it is an excellent theatre play there are many special effects , I highly recommend it.
